We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Officer
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Deal and help resolve any customer complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Cross sell other products and services of the company
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
  • Credit customers upon payment confirmation.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution


  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND with 1 year of experience.

N800,000 – N1,000,000 annually.
