Job Title: Branch Sales Advisor

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire experienced Branch Sales Advisors who will support our dynamic sales team in providing topnotch service to customers with speed, convenience and expertise.
  • You will assist in maintaining friendly business relationships with our customers.
  • On this role, experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management, a highly entrepreneurial spirit,  as well as the ability to produce deliverables in a fast-paced environment is vital.

You will:

  • Attend to all customers that come to the branch for enquires, loan processing or complaints.
  • Process of all sales applications in line with policy expectations whilst ensuring speed and data accuracy
  • Guide and provide adequate information to customers in a friendly manner regarding the loan product to enable them to make a well-informed decision.
  • Own and ensure that the sales and process targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide a high standard of client service by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communication to all customer enquiries, loan applications and complaints.

Job Title: Team Lead, Business Analysis

 The Position

  • On this role, you will lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the life of the various projects at Renmoney.

Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis consisting of GAP analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from the user community
  • Create prototypes and simulations to provide an accurate, graphical user interface representation, thereby facilitating successful solution design and development
  • Production of high quality and on-time Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, Business Process Flow documents, Test plans and relevant end-user training documents.
  • Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes, prior to, or in parallel with, solution design and implementation, as necessary

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Information Technology or other related discipline. Post-graduate degree in related field preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year in Business Analyst function. This experience must include a track record of supporting business applications, documenting business processes, and designing application solutions.

The Position

  • As a Legal & Compliance associate, you will provide support to the Legal & Compliance department on governance and legal matters and ensure the company’s compliance with all regulatory and statutory obligations/requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sound advice, on corporate, commercial and legal issues and matters, to Renmoney as well as its various business units and departments
  • Manage Renmoney’s litigation portfolio and liaise with its external counsels and solicitors
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable statutory or regulatory requirements
  • Drive awareness and compliance with regulatory and statutory directives and requirements
  • Liaise and engage regulatory bodies/authorities on Renmoney’s behalf
  • Keep abreast of, monitor and analyze regulatory trends and changes in regulatory directives, rules and regulations
  • Assist the Head of Legal and Compliance with any other duties or projects as required.

Requirements

  • LLB Degree from an accredited university with 3-5 years post-call experience
  • BL
  • Corporate/Commercial law experience in a reputable law firm
  • Experience in a CBN regulated entity and a Masters degree will be an advantage.
