Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • A successful Front Desk Officer responsible for managing and distributing informations within an office. They perform office administration and clerical duties.
  • They receive incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages and redirect call to appropriate office.

Their Major Job Duties Includes:

  • Creating, handling and coordinating guest database and service
  • Conversant with company’s products and services
  • Entertain querries ,resolve complaints and ensure clients satisfaction.
  • Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement

  • HND qualification with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
