We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Female Customer Support Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and inquiries at all times and across all channels
- Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Provide first-level technical support services
- Monitor and maintain assigned computer systems
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Escalate customer complaints/inquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
- Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
- HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
