Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsManage large amounts of incoming/outgoing phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersD
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • egree in any related field with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
