A Creative Art company based in Abuja is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:



Job Title: Customer Experience Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving and making a high volume of calls from or to customers.
  • Striving to achieve first call resolution and maintaining the quality of service provided by Oludidit.
  • Using social media to communicate with customers as appropriate.
  • Using listening skills to understand the needs and complaints of the customer before offering them the best possible solution.
  • Working seamlessly with a team of existing Customer Satisfaction Representatives and building a positive relationship of teamwork, trust, and excellence.
  • Understanding and using the required software, reports, tools, and metrics.
  • Transferring and escalating the calls to the appropriate department if needed, such as design and sales.
  • Participating in training and striving to increase and improve existing skills.
  • Constant drive for innovation and service improvement.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Expanding the customer base by prospecting, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Responding efficiently to customers and creating a positive experience.
  • Remaining calm and professional while dealing with dissatisfied customers and providing them with the best solutions to resolve their issues.


  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-5 years work experience.
