Job Title: Digital Media Coordinator
Location:
Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Regularly review and overhaul the outlook of the company website
  • Create and manage on a regular basis E-mailing lists for newsletters
  • Develop content on company activities and source for industry-based articles with an engaging, encouraging and aspirational tone for our website and social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube)
  • Track trends and provide new ideas to improve our social media platforms
  • Design, implement and manage social media campaigns that will significantly grow the company brand identity, audience and goals
  • Establish relationships with online communities by identifying key influencers

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Should have Social Media, Search Engine and Guerilla marketing skills
  • 3-5years’ experience with proven track record in Real Estate Blogging and website management.
  • Strong writing skills, extremely detail-oriented and attention to follow through.
  • Skilled in SEO &Graphic design
  • Balanced individual who brings ‘Can Do’ motivation to work every day
  • First degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, with additional qualifications in digital marketing or social media management

 

 

Job Title: Construction Engineer
Location

Job Description

  • We urgently requires experienced Construction Site Engineers to join and manage projects currently taking place nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Project Site Administration
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to work safely each day.
  • To keep clear and comprehensive records of all works carried out on the site.
  • Develop the program of work and action plan for making the project work.
  • Ensure that all site operations are carried out in strict accordance with the company’s policies on HSE&Quality Management.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver efficient progress and risk assessment reports
  • Oversee the running and successful delivery of one or more projects at any given time.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • The position requires demonstration of a high level of professional competence, personal integrity and site leadership capabilities.
  • Minimum B.Sc./HND in Building or Civil Engineering with 5-10 years proven track record on Build, civil and infrastructure Projects.
  • Strong Project Management background would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to use relevant engineering design software to generate Civil/Structural drawings and calculations.
  • High level of analytical, commercial, communication and negotiation skills
  • Be competent on Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and AUTOCAD software.
  • Be willing to work Engineering Hours from time to time when critical or possession works are scheduled
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies would be an added advantage.

 

 

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Job Description

  • We require a Logistics Officer to oversee our Logistics Department.

Job Functions

  • Liaising with company vendors and site teams to ensure best practice for the procurement of materials& equipment
  • Materials and Equipment inventory management
  • Assisting the business in developing our supply chain management
  • Procure and/or collect goods to be delivered to project sites
  • Improving internal procurement processes to ensure most efficient methods of purchasing;

Job Requirements

  • Degree in logistics, social sciences, supply chain or related course
  • Pleasant personality, hard-working, reliable and should have integrity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid driving license
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in logistics or related position, preferably within the construction industry
  • Proficient in MS office and standard logistics software
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.

 

 

Job Title: Property Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement property sales& marketing action plan.
  • Developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer service plan
  • Maintain accurate customer data base for reporting, mailing and marketing programs
  • Develop and manage press releasesto maximise brand promotion.
  • Closing sales deals, checking the building for any risks and hazards, assisting in organizing remedial work as appropriate; and encouraging a sense of community across the development and marketing programs
  • Providing inputs, creative solutions and ideas to the management team on products offerings
  • Conduct market research to identify requirements for current and future property developments

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Good Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses.
  • 5-8 years of strong business development and client management experience with a property company
  • Must possess a valid driving license
  • Able to initiate or demonstrate strong personal sales, to function independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent networking experience and proven track record of successfully working with senior decision makers
  • Knowledge of the property market, current and future market trends and a good awareness of the issues facing buyers
  • Proven track record in end to end sales from initial appointment, through to presentation, negotiation and contract signature
  • Strong leadership qualities, pleasant personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications needed.
