Job Title: Assistant Facility Officer
Location: Jibowu Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facility Officer to manage the company’s business premises and overseer maintenance and repair tasks on the premises.
- The Facility Officer is responsible for the smooth operations of the business premises, ensuring utilities such as water, electricity and cooling systems are in perfect working condition.
- Overseeing repair and maintenance of building infrastructure and company assets.
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance on company assets as required.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- NABTEB or OND in a technical field
- Experience and qualification in Electrical repairs, HVAC equipment repair and maintenance or related field
- 1 – 3 years’ experience as a Facility or Maintenance Officer
- Good organizational and process management skills.
- Experience in the Hospitality industry is desirable
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
N30,000 / month.
