Job Title: Administrative Secretary

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via mails
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, Scanning and photocopying of necessary document.
  • Receive all documents and items sent to the office from sub-offices and partners
  • Follow-up mails and items sent from the company and confirm they are being received by the intending receiver.
  • Schedule meeting between the management and clients/Partners
  • Monitoring office supplies and ensuring replacements.
  • Maintain optimum confidentiality about office files/record


  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Computer on MS-words, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
