Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- We are currently recruiting for the role of Administrative Officer who will be responsible for providing administrative support to an organization and efficiently managing the company’s resources.
- The ideal candidate for this position must be willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases and tools.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc Degree in a related field
- 0 – 1 year of work experience.
- Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
