Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an agile, multi-tasker Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
  • The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our managers and employees, assistsin daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Administration or related field.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
